You get referrals. You show up on social media when you make time. You may even do some speaking and podcasting. But you feel stretched thin trying to get constant visibility to new clients, and wonder if you are on the right platforms, going to the right events, or connecting with the right people.

This event is designed to help business owners learn more about visibility strategy, so they can move forward with an intentional (and easier) plan for being seen by their right fit clients.

It's a curated morning of powerful business conversations and actionable business owner training.

You will learn about increasing your strategic visibility from 2 high level trainers, and have the opportunity to participate in visibility stations run by subject matter experts.

Business Owner Education

Led by business advisor Robin Walker, the beginning session will help you audit your visibility efforts and strategies for attracting new and repeat clients.

The second session led by brand strategist, Katie Mleziva, will help you show up strategically so when you are found- you have impact.

Visibility Stations

Take action during our station rotations! There will be 5 activities to choose from that will help you increase your business visibility. You can also spend this time asking speakers questions or continuing conversations with other attendees.

Business Conversations

There is power in sharing time with other business owners who understand what you go through on a daily basis. Meet new business friends, build continuing relationships, and spend time talking business with someone that gets it

Who is this event for?

Women Business Owners: You run the show, make the big decisions, and wear a lot of hats. You may be a solopreneur, co-owner, and lead a small team- but you created this, and this business is your baby. (Most participants will be service based business owners of 0-10 employees.)

Friendly and Open to Collaboration: Our goal for the event is that you make many authentic connections with other local business women. We take a relationship based approach, and at our events attendees are welcoming, positive, and inclusive to others.

Local: Meeting someone in person fast forwards a relationship, and is refreshing in today's digital office. Most attendees will be from 1-2 hours of the event venue.

We have teamed up with subject matter experts that work specifically with small business owners, in order to provide mini reviews to get eyes on your platforms.

The facilitators will take a quick look at your page and give you their first impressions, plus give you some takeaway insights or action steps.

There will also be a couple of stations that are fun ways to interact to get more eyes on your business!

It is time for new pictures! Do you have recent and relevant pictures of yourself to use for your business visibility?

Mariah Ryback of Lost Art Photography will be doing mini photo sessions at the event. These images go beyond a traditional, corporate headshot. 

These are elevated, personality-driven images that help position you as the expert you are. 

Headshots are limited to 12 participants, and will be filled in order of registration. (Once you register for the event, you will receive a link to book and pay for your headshot session.)

How is this different from a typical networking event?

  • We are talking about business visibility, a key component of business growth, that often doesn't get the strategic attention that it needs. The content is geared specifically for the owner of a small business in our area.
  • You have a purpose and structure for your time at the event. No wandering around wondering who to talk to, or what to say.
  • You get to network AND work on your business. Usually it is one or the other- get talked at by a speaker, or chat around a room. This event connects you with deeper conversations, and you get to do real time work on your business.
  • The visibility stations being offered are a fun and valuable opportunity to get input on your current platforms, get fresh headshots, and participate in mini interviews that will be shared online- all intended to increase your visibility!
