Robin Walker helps entrepreneurs create clear, strategic plans to grow their business with confidence and consistency. She specializes in practical strategies for business strategy, marketing, CEO leadership, and growth.

Robin's solid advice comes from decades of business experience and education, as well as serving as an Illinois Small Business Development Center advisor, and McHenry County College Workforce Development Trainer. She has been running a business and a household while raising three kids, and knows what it is like to juggle it all.

This experience is combined with a relatable, compassionate, and encouraging personality.

Step 1: Your Signature Business Framework [6- 50 Minute One on One Strategy Sessions]

In order to set strategic goals and plan for growth, you need an aligned documented foundation. Not your typical business plan, this framework is designed specifically for the unique challenges of entrepreneurs. You will work one on one with business consultant Robin Walker, to create this plan during your first 6 months of the program.

After this is complete, you will receive your custom framework in a downloadable PDF, as well as a Canva editable document. As we work together, this document will be added to and updated.

Step 2: Your Mastermind Group [Monthly Group Calls + Quarterly Goal Setting]

All members can attend small group mastermind calls twice a month. This is an opportunity to get accountability on your action steps (something most business owners are missing) and get in a room with trusted peers on a regular basis. Share your wins, frustrations, and progress with people who understand the challenges of running a business.

Spotlight Time: Each member on the mastermind call will have a dedicated time for Robin to remind them of their goal and latest action step, and to follow up with their progress (or ask questions if needed). This is a great way to learn about what other business owners are doing in their business, as well as get input on your business, in a confidential supportive space.

Step 3: Continued Business Building [Monthly One on One Strategy Sessions + Online Business Center]

Your Signature Business Framework provides a foundation, but it doesn't end there. You will continue to work through a structured business building plan (created just for you!) with Robin, with topics like:

Referrals and Reviews
Hiring and Delegation
Building Templates and Systems
(over30 topic options)

Robin creates a custom learning path for your business and opens up your next coaching topic online- one thing at a time in order to not add shiny objects or more overwhelm. Just what you need right now.

Each Impact member receive one 50 minute strategy session per month. You can continue to work through your Signature Framework, or work through a time sensitive business issue that has arisen.

EVENTS: The Impact group meets once or twice a year for optional in-person deep dive business retreats. These are held in SE Wisconsin.

What is the call schedule?

During your first six months, you can choose the times for your once monthly 50 minute Framework coaching calls. Following those 6 calls, you can schedule a 50 minute strategy call once per month. The calls are held Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time Zone.

Mastermind group calls are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month. You can choose to attend at 9:30 or 11:00 am CST. Quarterly Planning Calls are held the first Thursday of each quarter at 11:00 am.

What type of businesses are part of this program?

There are a variety of industries represented in the group. We learn from what is working for others, and we believe it is better to have varied influence instead of being in an industry echo chamber. Many members help their clients with their wellness- whether that is mental, physical, business, or financial health.

Some example business types (but not limited to) PT and chiropractic, coaches and consultants, Direct Primary Care, mental health therapists, financial professionals, yoga and dance facilities, health and beauty services. Service based businesses do the best in this program.

How is this different than other mastermind groups I see online?

This group combines combines strategic business planning with peer group support. Most programs are one or the other. The problem with that, is that in a mastermind only, the facilitator doesn't know your business plan, so their advice won't be targeted to your specific situation. Most business owners in a mastermind don't have a business plan to pull from.

One on one coaching in isolation, does have a lot of value. It is magnified when there are regular accountability calls and peer encouragement. Hearing what other business owners are going through and learning from their experience, can be a game changer alongside one on one coaching.

Robin shows up as a professional, has been in your shoes as a business owner for twenty years, and has been hosting the Impact group for almost ten years. Your time will be honored and your business respected.

Do I need to attend all of the calls every month?

You can attend on your schedule. Some members come to every coaching and mastermind call, and others pop in once or twice a quarter and use their coaching only as needed. The majority attend at least one call a month to stay on task and focused on their plan. This program should make your business feel lighter, not more overwhelming.

I am busy. I don't know if I have time for a program?

The goal of the program is to help you optimize your business (and your role in it) and give you a single focus when possible. Most members find that the time spent in coaching and mastermind calls, actually makes them more efficient when they get back to their business. We craft your systems, delegation, and offers to operate at a higher level, so you can be more focused and efficient- and actually take time off with less stress!

What is the cost for the program?

The Impact Business Circle is $250/ month (includes all one on one coaching) and is paid through a subscription monthly payment.
