Running a business doesn't leave many opportunities to stop and look back. This annual retreat is your chance to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate how far you've come, uncover insights you may have missed, and reconnect with the bigger vision for your business.
All while hanging out with your fellow Impact members.
Meeting for a day gives us the time and mental energy to do deeper planning and reflection work, that can't be done in a mastermind call or coaching call.
This retreat is one of the unique experiences reserved exclusively for Impact Business Circle members. It's designed to become part of your annual business rhythm- a day to pause, celebrate your growth, gain perspective, and prepare for your next season with intention.
9:00 am to 3:00 pm
COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
Get to know your fellow Impacters better while we spend time sharing and talking about our businesses as we get settled into our space for the day.
MORNING SESSIONS
REFLECT ON YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS STATUS
There will be guided questions and activities to help you take a reflective look on where your business stands versus your business vision. A pre-event planning sheet will go out in September to help you prepare.
INTERPRETING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
As your business grows, so does your role as the business owner. In this session, you'll strengthen one of the most valuable CEO skills you can develop: understanding what your business is telling you through its numbers. You’ll also learn what to look at in your business data, how to interpret what it means for your performance, and how to turn those insights into clear, practical decisions. We'll also cover simple ways to keep an eye on your business performance throughout the year and make reporting feel practical instead of overwhelming.
LUNCH
Lunch will be provided and is included with your ticket. Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions. I will also provide coffee, tea, and water.
AFTERNOON SESSIONS
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT REVIEWS
Your Business Snapshot Review begins before the retreat even starts. You'll complete a brief reflection and share a few business reports, and I'll spend time reviewing your information ahead of the event. During our private one-on-one conversation at the retreat, we'll look at the story your business is telling, talk through the patterns we see, and identify insights you can use to make stronger decisions or direction moving forward. These will be brief 5-10 minutes per person while the group does other related activities.
EXPANDING WHAT IS POSSIBLE
As business owners, it's easy to make decisions based on what's familiar or what feels realistic today. This session is an opportunity to step back, expand what's possible, and explore new ideas for your business; whether that's greater revenue, more freedom, a different business model, or a bigger impact. You'll leave with fresh perspective and permission to dream about what is down the road.
DREAM COUNCIL
One of the most powerful moments of the day is our Dream Council. Each member will have the opportunity to explore one exciting possibility for their business while the group helps expand their thinking through intentional questions and shared perspective. You'll leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and ideas you may not have uncovered on your own.
FUTURE FOCUS & SUPPORT
Our wrap up will include our intentions moving forward, and a review of the support and resources available that can help you reach your business goals and vision.

1. Yes, part of the day is better than none of the day. If you can make it for the whole day, it is worth prioritizing yourself for a change. ;)
2. You can share as much as or as little about your business as you feel comfortable. I provide the opportunity and the safe space, but you decide what you want to disclose in the one on one session, or in the group sessions.
3. Usually about 5-9 members attend, depending on the year. It feels so great to be in a room together after only meeting online. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.
4. This event is an additional cost to your monthly Impact payment. This event could easily be listed for a premium price, but I really want you all in the room, so I keep it affordable at a $97 member price. It will be well worth your time.
5. The day will be a mix of short trainings, conversations, thinking and writing, group activities, and one on one sessions. I like to vary the activities, but also move through an intentional flow and agenda.
6. Dress comfy for a fall day at the cabin. We may take a group picture, but comfort prevails as we get to work for the day.
