The Spring Impact Retreat is for female business owners and leaders in the Impact Business Circle. Anyone can join the Impact group, and if you join by February 15th, you can join us at the retreat!
Impacters! Stay another day after the Lakeside Conference, and meet with your community. We will be at the same location, so no need to leave!
Meeting the day after the Lakeside Conference was so beneficial last year. It gave us time to process all that we learned, talk about it with our business peers, and decide what to apply in our business moving forward. Let's do it again in 2024!

THE RETREAT Come for the full day for the Spring Retreat, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, lunch is included. This is for Impact members only. Must join by February 15th to participate.
Retreat cost: $97
THE CONFERENCE + THE RETREAT Come for the Lakeside Conference, and then either stay overnight at the hotel, or drive back for the retreat the next morning. Both events are being held at The Ridge.

REVISIT YOUR BUSINESS PLAN
We will start by revisiting your business plan as a bi-yearly check-in to assess changes and progress. If you are new to the group, no worries, we have the information to share with you to formulate your plan approach.
REFLECTIONS & TAKEAWAYS
We will be reflecting on each learning session from the conference- what we learned, sharing and discussing, and how it may apply to our businesses. It will be a beneficial time to go back through our notes as a group, and process what you learned, who you connected with, and what you may want to focus on moving forward.
